About the Role

Speech & Language Therapist – Band 7 (or strong Band 6 ready to step up)

North London | Full time | Flexible working

January start or sooner

Inspiring those who support children with the highest communication needs is work filled with passion and purpose.

You might already be thriving at Band 7. Or you might be a strong Band 6 who knows you’re ready for the step up. You are organised, relationship-driven, and comfortable coaching school staff. Experience with autistic pupils and AAC/early communication approaches will be useful, as will a calm, problem-solving mindset.

We are looking for a skilled Speech & Language Therapist to join a forward-thinking education-based service in North London. Someone who believes that impact comes from empowering others: modelling great practice in classrooms, building staff confidence, and creating environments where every child is understood.

This role is varied. You’ll spend around three days a week in schools delivering training, consultation and modelling. You’ll keep a small, focused caseload for EHCP provision. You’ll supervise therapy assistants and contribute to a developing service. There will be exposure to tribunal work. Training and peer support are provided, although confidence with reports and professional discussion will help.

Autonomy matters here. You’ll manage your own diary, shape your weeks, and use your clinical judgement without unnecessary barriers. Collaboration matters too. You’ll be part of a reflective, supportive multi-disciplinary team that champions neurodiversity-affirming practice and meaningful CPD.

If you want a role with purpose, one that scales your expertise through whole-school change as well as direct work, we’d love to talk!

If you feel you have the experience, passion and dedication to join this growing team, please contact Emilie by emailing emilie@psinclusion.co.uk or call 020 3011 4848.

Head of Marketing

£50,000 p/a
Head of Marketing – SEND Recruitment – Salary £50,000 Shenfield/London Inspiring those who teach those most in need is a job full of passion and purpose. Parker Smith Inclusion was built on an ethical business model of transparency, honesty and respect. Since launching over 4 years ago, we have been surprised by how quickly and openly our message has been received by so many schools and candidates. We are not a business of high pressure sales calls. We do not sacrifice quality for quantity. And we are most definitely not a business who will surrender our core values for a deal. Yes, we do have high standards. It is why we are so successful. We have superb processes and embed the very best habits. Our teams work hard…by choice. They know the importance of what they are doing and they want to support as many people as they can. We encourage everyone to think for themselves and help shape how we get better at what we do. Our fees are transparent and do not look to stretch spending where financial pressures are already squeezing schools. It is fair. It is honest. And it works. We are now looking for a recruitment marketing expert to join us on our journey. Someone who understands that marketing is about data as much as it is design; that ROI and event management are partners; that a website’s value sits in traffic funnels and that AI is a partner not a replacement. You will be a senior member of the team, helping shape our message so that we reach as many SEND schools and potential staff as we need to in order to fulfil our vision. We have a powerful brand. We feel we need to have a powerful marketing manager working with us to create a platform of engagement. You will be on your own recruitment marketing journey already. You might have someone who has helped you grow managing you now. They are not going anywhere and now could be the time when you tread your own path. Or perhaps you just know you are ready for the big leap. You trust your recruitment marketing experience and believe in your ability. If you feel you have the experience, ideas and vision to join us on our journey, please contact Emilie by emailing emilie@psinclusion.co.uk or call on 020 3011 4848.
