We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher for a specialist ASC school based in South West London. The school caters for students who are unable to access mainstream education due to a diagnosis of autism.. The class sizes are very small and focus on the individual needs of students.
The school is part of a larger organisation offering alternative education to students who are unable to access mainstream education.
What We Are looking for - Assistant Headteacher /
- SLT or middle management experience
- Secondary experience in SEND settings
- Experience of teaching with emotional regulation and with positive behaviour/de-escalation strategies
- Positive role model to support communication, with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach

Assistant Headteacher requirements
- Although this particular role requires QTS/QTLS we want to hear from all Teachers no matter what your qualification is!

Although experience teaching in SEND specialist settings is beneficial I would also love to hear from individuals who are interested in taking their first steps into SEND settings.
