Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we have an extremely rewarding opportunity for a Peer Mentor at a Men’s Prison. This prison believes strongly in supporting their inmates to acquire new skills and gain an education which will help them on release to continue with further education or enter a working environment. This is also one of the prisons within the UK that have InHouse Records, an award-winning music record label that promotes rehabilitation and has dramatically reduced the reoffending rate. They strongly believe creativity heals and that music brings people together and forms strong relationships.
