School Finance Officer - Shepherds Bush - £21000-£22000 - Permanent role - 20 hours per week

Are you an experienced and competent Finance Officer seeking a role in a vibrant and diverse special needs school?

Would you be interested in a Finance Officer role in a school with a fantastic and supportive SLT?

Main duties for Finance Officer role:

  • Financial administration including data entry, supporting the business manager with payroll, budget etc
  • School dinners and free school meals administration
  • Reception cover as necessary
  • Signing of agency timesheets

Essential requirements for Finance Officer role:

  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong knowledge of SIMS
  • Strong knowledge of FMS or another financial system
  • Personable - able to communicate well with pupils, colleagues, parents and governors.
