Parker Smith Inclusion are working with a fantastic SEND school based in Croydon, who specialise in supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Condition, SEMH, and other challenging behaviours. This remarkable school is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with SEN children. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help pave the pathways for the children’s futures and ensure they are receiving the best level of support to become confident and independent learners, as well as preparing them for progression into further education or employment.
