At Parker Smith Inclusion we are working with an incredible specialist school in Wandsworth who support children and young people with ASD. The experienced staff members provide specialised education that transforms the lives of the children who are in attendance, and are driven by the genuine passion to make a change. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will have the full support of their inspiring headteacher who’s priority is the wellbeing of students and staff and is always keen on helping you pursue your career aspirations.


What can you expect as an SEN Learning Support Assistant?

  • School hours between 8.30-4pm
  • Permanent contracts available - £17,000 (term time only)
  • Temp to perm for immediate start applications – day rates equivalent to £17,000 PAYE only

  • Long-term contracts are available for those who are looking for immediate work. We understand that pay is extremely important, and it must be clear and simple! For that reason, we have chosen to pay our staff via PAYE only. Quoted rates are gross pay and your pay will never involve employer's NI deductions or admin fees.
  • Just as roles vary, so will the remuneration depending on the role requirements and your experience. You will often see these roles advertised as daily rates, please note that we pay PAYE only, please bear in mind that all school-based work will be term time only
