Position: ECT (Early Career Teacher) - SEN (Complex Needs)
Location: Southend
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £130 - £250 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-Time (5 days a week)

Parker Smith Inclusion is proud to support a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Southend. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to gain experience teaching students with complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Teach and support students with a range of complex needs.
  • Develop and implement engaging, tailored lesson plans.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider school community.
