At Parker Smith Inclusion we are working with a fantastic specialist school in Wandsworth who are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and ambitious team. The school pride themselves in supporting children and young people with ASD, SEMH, and associated conditions. The experienced staff members provide specialised education that transforms the lives of children and are driven by a genuine passion to make a change. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the full support of the inspiring headteacher who firmly emphasises the importance of employee wellbeing and career development.
ASD Specialist School
- A school for young people between ages 7-19 who are unable to access mainstream schools due to additional needs.
- All students have an EHCP – High functioning ASD, SEMH and associated conditions.
- A behaviour-based setting with students that require mentoring, emotional regulation and nurturing.
- Preparing students for positive transitions into further education or employment.
