SEN Teacher

Location: Bromley

Start Date: September 2022

Pay Grade: QTS MPS/UPS

 

Do you have experience in a primary education setting?

Do you want to work within a therapeutic learning environment?

Are you passionate about providing the best level of education to students?

 

I am working with a fantastic school in Bromley who are seeking an experienced practitioner with a background in primary teaching and supporting students with complex SEN. The role of a SEN Teacher will require the delivery of high-quality education to the learners in an engaging and exciting manner.

You may already be working in a mainstream setting but keen on starting work within a specialist provision.

 

About The School

  • Catering for pupils with SEMH needs aged between 5-11, all with an EHCP
  • Qualified team of Teachers, HTLA’s, Counsellors, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and a therapy dog
  • Provides holistic education incorporating high quality therapeutic and academic support
  • Preparing students for transition at every point and become active participants and decision-makers of their own journey

 

The ideal SEN Teacher

  • Will hold a valid QTS
  • The ideal SEN Teacher must be enthusiastic about teaching the curriculum and transforming the lives of young learners
  • Will have a proven interest and capability in managing challenging behaviour
  • High aspirations and a relentless approach towards excellence and outstanding academics
