About Me
After working in a nursery for 5 years and completing the final year of my degree in criminology and psychology (BA), I wasn't sure what my next steps were. I hadn’t previously considered a career in recruitment, but after coming across Parker Smith Inclusion and resonating with their values, I decided to apply, and I surprisingly really enjoyed the assessment day. I am about to start a level 3 apprenticeship in recruitment, and I'm really looking forward to stretching my skills and seeing where this opportunity takes me.
I really enjoy how varied the role is. I have a very active brain, so multitasking suits me well! I also particularly like listening to people's career journeys, from personal experiences to career changes; each conversation is unique. I think it's important to maintain those stories that make us human from the initial call through to how they are represented in their profile. By being an active listener, prioritising collaboration, and demonstrating Parker Smith Inclusion's ethos, I can guide each individual to find a role that's right for them.
WHAT I ENJOY
Favourite film - 10 Things I Hate About You
Tea or coffee - Coffee

Being someone who's always on the go, I also like a busy lifestyle outside of work, whether that's going to the gym, socialising, or going for walks. I'm also very crafty and enjoy baking and painting!
RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME - A lot of people can roll their tongue, but I can actually go a step further and do a cloverleaf tongue, which approximately only 14.7% of the world can do!
