Schools

We specialise in recruiting staff for SEND roles, prioritising individuals who are both passionate and well-suited to work with children and young people with additional needs. Our thorough understanding of SEND ensures that we provide only the most qualified candidates, all of whom have successfully completed our rigorous vetting and interview process.

Our pay and charge model is fully transparent, detailing what we pay the candidate, the cost of employing them, our agency margin, and your total daily charge. By providing visibility into both the candidate's annual and daily salary, you can ensure their compensation is fair relative to your permanent employees. Ensuring their pay is fair is just one of the ways we maintain consistency in your staffing.

Our permanent placement fee is 10% for Support Staff and Teachers, and 15% for Therapists. All agency staff are free after two terms, regardless of your school's spending.

If you wish to hire a candidate directly into a permanent role (without an initial agency period), the fee is 10% for Support Staff and Teachers, and 15% for Therapists.

If you decide to appoint an agency staff member to a permanent position before they have completed two terms, the 10% or 15% fee as above will apply.

We consistently attract high-quality SEND professionals because they value our transparent temp-to-perm model and the genuine opportunity to secure permanent roles.

We recruit for a wide range of educational settings, including SEND schools, PRUs, mainstream schools, independent schools, alternative provisions, and any education providers offering both in-school and outreach learning.
