Candidates

With our expertise in SEND, we recognise the importance of finding the perfect role in SEND for you. We specialise exclusively in SEND positions across various school settings, ensuring you are only offered roles that align with your personal preferences and skills.

We pay all of our agency staff directly through PAYE, without using third-party payroll companies, because we believe in ensuring your pay is fair and transparent. As long as school budgets permit, candidates pay will match the equivalent of their permanent salary.

Given the importance of consistency when supporting children and young people with additional needs, we exclusively offer long-term or permanent SEND roles. Our goal at PS Inclusion is to place you in a SEN position where you’ll want to stay, allowing you to become a valued part of the team and build strong, lasting relationships with the children and young people you support.

We have developed strong, long-standing partnerships with the schools and education providers we work with. As a result, we often recruit for SEND roles that have not yet been advertised or are exclusively managed by Parker Smith Inclusion.

Our process is simple
