About Me
As a Candidate Consultant at Parker Smith Inclusion, I am passionate about building relationships and supporting people as they take the next step in their SEND careers.
Before joining, I worked in a variety of client relationship, sales and operations roles, where I developed strong communication skills and enjoyed working closely with people. Recruitment felt like a natural next step for me, as I have always enjoyed meeting new people, learning about their experiences and supporting them through important decisions.
What attracted me to Parker Smith Inclusion was their people-first approach and commitment to ethical recruitment. In an industry where this can be difficult to find, it really stood out to me and aligns closely with my own values.
I would describe myself as sociable, positive, and extremely determined. I enjoy building genuine relationships and ensuring candidates feel supported throughout their journey.
WHAT I ENJOY
Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the beach with my Doberman, Zeus, going for a swim, or watching West Ham (often unsuccessfully!) at the weekend. I'm powered almost entirely by coffee and have a serious sweet tooth.
RANDOM FACT
One of my favourite family stories is that my great-nan used to cook for Winston Churchill, who was apparently a big fan of her macaroni cheese!
