About Me
I’m one of the owners and the Managing Director of Parker Smith Inclusion, and after nearly 15 years in SEND recruitment, I can honestly say I love the work more than ever.
A huge part of my role is leading and managing teams, helping people reach their full potential, and supporting consultants as they develop in their careers. Alongside this, I still actively recruit for schools, which helps me stay closely connected to the market and understand the challenges schools face firsthand. I believe that staying hands-on is key to ensuring Parker Smith Inclusion continues to adapt and evolve within the ever-changing SEND landscape.
One of my favourite parts of the job is visiting schools and joining my team on visits. I genuinely enjoy it and would confidently say I’ve probably visited more schools across London and the Home Counties than anyone else in the sector.
WHAT I ENJOY
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, doing the early morning shift with my baby boy, or, less often these days, watching Liverpool in the pub with a cold pint.
