About Me
I've been working within recruitment for the last 8 years, specialising in SEND education for over 3 years, covering the boroughs of Newham, Hackney & Tower Hamlets.
I have a passion for supporting young people with additional needs and specifically specialise in hard-to-reach young people who are facing mental health challenges and cannot be taught in a mainstream setting. This comes from my own personal experience with my younger brother, who had his share of challenges with mental health and was tutored to complete his college years due to being in and out of hospital care, so I know how easy it is for these students to be forgotten.
I pride myself on understanding educators' personal experiences and how to put them into practice in the classroom, with the right support from the school and me. I've successfully placed multiple professionals with no school experience but have the motivation, passion and drive to support the students who need it most.
WHAT I ENJOY
In my own time, I love to lift weights, go walking, spend time with my partner and little tuxedo cat Evie, with a nice cup of tea (from my Taylor Swift mug)!
RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME - I previously ran a half-marathon in April 2025 and raised £2k for the charity Mind.
