About Me
My career in recruitment started in 2023, firstly in a compliance role before moving into my current position as a SEND Consultant. I genuinely feel privileged and proud to work in a role where I can make a meaningful difference every day. I would love to move into a Managing Consultant role, supporting someone’s career journey and passing on the support I have received in developing my role. Building strong relationships is at the heart of what I do and my favourite part of recruitment. I love supporting education professionals throughout their entire journey, and I pride myself on providing ongoing guidance before, during and after placement, as well as working closely with schools by truly listening to their needs, and delivering a bespoke approach every time.
WHAT I ENJOY
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to my amazing 4-year-old daughter and our Shih Tzu, Rags. I love spending quality time with my family, as well as relaxing with my husband watching a good film or series, with a cup of tea, and eating anything sweet.
RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME
Before moving into recruitment, I spent 16 years working as a Barber, which is a completely different career but still people-centred, and built on trust and building relationships, as well as a lot of chatting!
