About Me
I have worked in education recruitment for 6 years, starting my career in primary SEND before specialising in SEMH. I have supported the opening of new SEND schools and expansions across Essex, successfully placing specialised staff who can make a genuine impact in their roles. My experience spans all levels of recruitment, from Learning Support Assistant roles through to Headteachers.
I pride myself on my ability to support candidates effectively, particularly those transitioning from mainstream into SEND or those taking their first steps into an education career.
Coming from a family of medical professionals, and with my mum running a respite children’s home, I have always had a strong passion for SEND and helping young people reach their full potential.
What motivates me most is placing dedicated education professionals into schools where they can truly make a difference. I am highly relationship-focused and consultative in my approach, taking the time to listen to and understand the needs of both those I represent and the schools they serve, to ensure the best outcomes for the children they support.
I have also successfully supported brand new schools with full staffing across multiple levels, building long-term partnerships and trust that continue to this day.
