About Me
I am Heeji, London Team Manager at Parker Smith Inclusion.
I lead the London team and work directly with schools across Kingston, Richmond, Wandsworth, and Surrey.
My dad retired as a Deputy Headteacher after over 40 years in education, so honestly, school life was just everything growing up. It was all I heard, saw, and talked about.
Before I joined education recruitment, I was a professional pianist and a Teacher!
I do not just send CVs and hope for the best. I get to know my schools and educators properly.
For the schools I have partnered with, more than 7 out of 10 candidates I put forward actually get the job. But the bit that really stays with me is knowing that a child with additional needs is getting the right support, and that I played a part in that.
Outside of work, my three cats and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel are very much family. You will usually find me rewatching Law and Order: SVU or The Godfather, coffee in hand, completely unavailable.
