About Me
I started my career in recruitment in 2012 as a Compliance Officer within the education sector, before progressing into a Consultant role. I also spent some time recruiting in the construction sector in Australia before returning to the UK and joining Parker Smith Inclusion in 2022. Since then, I’ve progressed from Senior Consultant to Managing Consultant. I genuinely love what I do and am proud of the work we do here. It’s a sales role, but with real meaning.
What makes the role so rewarding is knowing we’re making a genuine difference, supporting schools that need our help, placing the right staff, and helping to ensure young people with SEND have the support they need. I pride myself on building long-term relationships with the schools I work with and making life that bit easier for them.

Hot beverage: I’m an oat latte regular
Savoury or sweet: Firmly savoury over sweet
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym and Pilates, as well as coffee dates and long walks with my cockapoo, Alfie. I also love spending time with friends and family. In 2023, I completed the London Marathon for the Kidney Foundation, a cause close to my heart.

I once did a bungee jump and enjoyed it so much I went straight back up and did it again!
