About Me
I started working in education recruitment in 2016 as a Resourcer and spent my first couple of years across sales, compliance, and payroll.
Through this, I found that my passion lies in safeguarding compliance, ensuring that staff placed in schools are safe around children and that children receive the right support. I felt success in knowing I had played a part in someone securing a role! The exposure to legislation that my career in compliance brought helped me to further develop into the role of HR, which I absolutely love! Knowing that I'm not just helping agency workers but also my colleagues drives me to keep pushing to do the right thing in my role every day here at PS Inclusion.
Accuracy is key in my role, and having a good eye for detail ensures our processes are robust, efficient and user-friendly, whilst maintaining safer recruitment standards.

Outside of work I enjoy hiking/ walks with my husband (although I usually debate going on them, but don't tell him that!), socialising with friends and helping out a food shelter with my dad to give back.
