Having studied Law, I developed a strong interest in the risk and compliance sector and enjoy working in a field that requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and staying up to date with evolving regulations.
I also enjoy the more dynamic side of my role, working through complex information, problem-solving, and continuously learning as regulations and standards evolve. I value the human element of the wider recruitment and workforce space, particularly how strong compliance frameworks support people in accessing and maintaining work opportunities safely and fairly.
