With five years of experience in SEND recruitment, I specialise in supporting schools to find dedicated professionals who can make a real difference to the lives of children and young people. I’m passionate about connecting talented educators and support staff in inclusive school environments where they can thrive and develop their careers.
What motivates me most is the opportunity to positively impact both schools and education professionals. I enjoy helping educators find roles where they feel valued and supported, while ensuring schools can build strong, committed teams that truly support their students.

In 2012, I played in a football tournament at the Emirates Stadium with a few of the club’s first-team players at the time and camped overnight on the pitch.
