We are working closely with a lovely primary school based in Greenford. The school is a small, but beautiful mainstream primary school. This role would require determination, leadership skills and a nurturing nature.

The position is for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work primarily with pupils diagnosed with Autism and Challenging Behaviour. This 1:1 Teaching Assistant position requires strong behaviour management due to the needs of the pupils so the right candidate for this role will of had experience working with challenging behaviours previously and any extra training/qualifications in this field would be fantastic.

The school are happy to provide ongoing training and CPD for their staff and welcome applications from anyone with a childcare or youth work background.
