Where will I work?

As mentioned, we are expanding and we are excited to announce the very recent launch of our London Team based in Liverpool Street! This is in addition to our Shenfield Team. We are currently recruiting for London and there is flexibility to work from both offices. 

What experience do I need?

None. Some. Lots. All can be the right answer.

We have been joined by both experienced consultants and trainees. We provide training for everyone and work supporting you to become a specialist and ensure you add most value at every opportunity. Yet what matters most is a passion for supporting SEND education and an attitude that reveals total commitment to succeeding.

What will I be doing?

You will be interviewing, guiding and advising candidates, from first steps in Special Needs Education through to Senior Leadership. You will be working with schools to understand and then find the right solutions. Visiting our schools is one of the highlights of our week. Experiencing and understanding different cultures and environments so we can accurately find the right staff.

What can I earn?

If you work hard at a job that requires high levels of commitment you would expect to earn well. We charge our clients fairly. We pay our candidates very fairly.
