Salary: £90 - £95 Per Day PAYE
Working Hours: 8:30 - 15:30
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

I am working with an amazing mainstream primary school that is based in Earls Court, they are looking for a 121 Teaching Assistant to join their lovely team!
The role will be to provide support on a 1:1 basis with a child in year 5 who requires support academically and who displays very little to no behavioural challenges and another child in year 4 who is very smart academically but can have severe bouts of challenging behaviour.
The 121 Teaching Assistant should possess a blend of firmness and warmth, being nurturing while also capable of delivering interventions effectively.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity and looking to build their experience in supporting children with SEMH(Social Emotional and Mental Health) Needs.
The Ideal 121 Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with ASC, ADHD and SEMH (highly desirable)
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviours (highly desirable)
- A Degree in Psychology or health and Social Care (highly desirable)
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviours (highly desirable)
- Can build and maintain meaningful relationships with staff and students
- A calm, non-judgmental and nurturing personality would be ideal
