I am working with a SEN-specialised school based in Central London that caters for students with Autism from reception to key stage 4. The school has been consistently graded as 'outstanding' and has an exceptional leadership team. The school uses the therapy Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB), which is a unique approach to supporting children with Autism and focuses on each student's individual education programme. The school has both a primary and secondary site, which are separate buildings.
They are currently looking for an ABA Supervisor to join their supportive and welcoming team. Within this role, you will have management responsibility for a team of 6 ABA Tutors as well as a class of 6 pupils.
About the role of ABA Supervisor;
- Management of a team of ABA tutors
- Overseas the education of pupils
- Contribute towards the ongoing development of theoretical training package delivered to ABA tutors
- Working 1:1 and in groups providing instructions using ABA methodology
- Run daily group sessions with pupils
- Maintain safeguarding and well-being of pupils
Requirements of an ABA Supervisor;
- MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis
- Experienced managing a team of ABA tutors
- Passionate about supporting students with Autism
