Hours – 830am-330pm

The School

I am working with an expanding Special school in East London, who have doubled the number of students attending by September 2023 with a new specialist site. We are looking for a experienced ASD Teaching Assistants to join the experienced and inspiring staffing team, this school are looking for ASD Teaching Assistants who have a passion for working with SEN and looking for a career.

The perfect ASD Teaching Assistant

  • The ASD Teaching Assistant should have experience working with SEN, ideally ASD, whether the experience is personal or professional, we want to hear from you
  • The ASD Teaching Assistant must be able to enthuse, inspire others, and have a can-do attitude.
  • The ASD Teaching Assistant must be happy to assist with personal care
  • As the ASD Teaching Assistant you must be resilient and able to work well in challenging situations

What you can expect as an ASD Teaching Assistant

  • The ASD Teaching Assistant must be a positive role model to support communication with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
  • PAYE weekly payments
  • The Perfect ASD Teaching Assistant must have experience working with disengaged young people
  • The ASD Teaching Assistant must be able to work alongside a likeminded team who are equally as dedicated to the learning and personal development of young people
  • Excellent facilities in a brand new school building
  • Experience working in specialist settings
