PAY: £80 - £90 per day

The role
I am looking for enthusiastic, positive individuals looking to work as a Behaviour Mentor in a SEMH school based in Enfield. All children in this school have a SEMH diagnosis and therefore require a supportive Learning Support Assistant in order to encourage them to achieve their best. Whilst academic achievement is important, it is also important for the young people in this school to be supported in regards to their social, emotional and mental health needs. Therefore, it is imperative that the Learning Support Assistant can form good, trusting relationships with the students
The ideal Behaviour Mentor
The ideal Behaviour Mentor will have good previous experience working with children in an SEN role, preferably with SEMH experience. You should be professional, resilient and have a great attitude to work in order to produce the best support for your pupils!
This role would also suit someone looking to progress in their career as from September, there will be an opportunity to complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant course!
