We are working with a specialist school who cater for students who are unable to access mainstream education and sometimes have a EHCP (SEMH, ASD, ASC, ADHD). The school is a specialist setting which uses a nurturing, holistic and child-centered approach
The ideal candidate will:
- Work to ensure all students receive an inclusive education with therapeutic support based on their individual social, educational and intellectual needs
- Be a positive role model and support effective communication with a sensitive, nurturing and consistent approach
- Have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
- Be confident working with secondary aged students
- Be confident with behaviour management
