We are currently helping a special needs school in the heart of the London Borough of Wandsworth recruit for a qualified Design & Technology Teacher to join their hard working team.
The school itself comprises of both a primary and secondary site and prides itself on it's inclusive environment and outdoor facilities. It also places an emphasis on music & creativity and also provides a therapy service for all of its' students.
The successful candidate must:
- Have undertaken successful teacher training
- Experience supporting students with SEND (ideally SEMH, ASD & SpLD)
- Commitment to the provision of high qualify education and pastoral care for all learners
- Be able to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Have an excellent knowledge of the Design & Technology curriculum
- Have strong behaviour management skills
This role is also open to Early Career Teachers who specialise in Design & Technology
Hours of work - 8am - 4pm
