Inclusion Lead for schools and services – Maternity Cover – Merton – SEMH/ASC – NOT term time only - £40000-47000
Are you an education or social work professional who has experience overseeing the delivery of inclusion?
Parker Smith Inclusion is working with an independent group or SEN schools and services that offer education to children and young people with complex SEMH/ASC.
The organisation is looking for an Inclusion Lead to oversee the operational delivery of all its inclusion services including supervision, assessment, attendance, inclusion, behaviour support, safety and wellbeing.
Inclusion Lead requirements
- Degree in Social Work or QTS/QTLS equivalent
- NASENCO desirable
- 3 years’ experience post qualification
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with complex and severe SEMH
- Experience managing and supporting neurodiverse young people
- Up to date knowledge of child development theory
