I am looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing individual. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Teaching Assistant looking to utilise their skills and make a difference to the lives of young people whilst receiving further training and career progression!
The ideal candidate
The ideal Teaching Assistant should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be warm, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. As a successful Learning Support Assistant, you should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a can-do attitude and always be looking for learning opportunities. You should be kind, empathetic and genuinely driven to improve the lives of others.
