Would you like to be a PA to a large special needs school leader?
Would you like the flexibility of working term time only? Or perhaps would prefer working full time…. Both are an option!
Purpose of PA / Personal Assistant role

You will be supporting in the leadership and management of the school.

You will provide exceptional and high-quality support to the school leader and help them ensure the school's support side is run smoothly and effectively.
The ideal PA / Personal Assistant will be……

Either a graduate or a PA/EA with experience

Have exceptional attention to detail

Be highly organised and efficient.

Have high professional standards and reliability

Be willing to go the extra mile to benefit the students.

Be the type of person who wants to make a meaningful contribution to their school community.
This role is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent in the near future. The school are a well-funded large SEND school that put their children’s needs at the forefront of all their decisions. The children who attend the school have a range of special educational needs, including autism and severe learning difficulties. As a PA to the school leader in the school, there is no need to have previous experience in a SEND school.
