Secondary Behaviour Teaching Assistant

  • £400 - £550 per week - PAYE payments

Are you new to SEN and enthusiastic about gaining experience within a SEN provision?

Are you keen to work with and support children with Behavioural Needs?

Perhaps you have some experience but searching for a school in which training and progression are available?

We are working with a mainstream secondary school with an SEN provision that support children and young people with SEMH, Learning difficulties, and Behavioural needs. The experienced staff members provide specialised and individualised education that transforms the lives of the children who are in attendance and are driven by a genuine passion for making a change. As a Teaching assistant, you will have the full support of their inspiring staff team, who will train and guide you throughout.

What can you expect as a Behaviour Teaching Assistant:

  • School hours are between 8:30 am - 4 pm
  • We pay PAYE daily rates! £90 - £110 per day, depending on experience

  • You will be required to provide personal care due to the severe and complex needs of some of their pupils
