They are seeking experienced and dedicated Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting pupils with SEMH and Special Educational Needs.

Requirements of a Secondary SEN TA: 

  • Previous experience working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant within a Secondary School would be highly valued 
  • Previous experience working with SEMH and Autism 
  • Previous experience working to support secondary-age pupils with Special Educational Needs 
  • A friendly and positive person with a resilient personality
