SEMH Teaching Assistant needed ASAP In Havering Area

Mainstream primary 

Monday – Friday 

£80 - £90 paid PAYE

The school 

We are working with a fantastic mainstream primary school in Havering, that’s dedication to inclusivity will blow you away! They are equipped with tons of wide open spaces that they use to keep the children active with sporting clubs, and utilize nearby forest space into lessons like geography & science. There are quiet spaces both indoor and out, and the staff work closely with parents to help support children both in the classroom, and at home. In the words of the children themselves, the school is best described as "joy & happiness", "inclusive" and "exiting". 

The Role 

The role is very rewarding as you support the students, and the environment you will be in is very welcoming and modern. There are training opportunities for those who need it, and it is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced staff, and people who are newer to this type of role. A lot of roles are 1:1, giving you a fantastic chance to build good relationships with the children & their families.  

What we are looking for.. 

The ideal person will be very passionate about SEN! We are looking for someone who is patient, fun, caring, and not afraid of a challenge! Any and all experience with young people with special needs will be very helpful.
