I am currently working with a truly fantastic school in the London Borough of Croydon who are now seeking SEN TAs to join their welcoming team.
What to Expect as an SEN TA:
- The opportunity to work alongside a fantastic and supportive senior leadership team where staff wellbeing is a priority
- The opportunity to gain valuable experience working to help and support children with additional needs within a classroom setting
- £85 to £95 per day PAYE
- Excellent work-life balance due to school hours and working during term time only
- The opportunity to develop professionally with further training
Requirements of an SEN TA:
- A caring, supportive and resilient personality
- Works well as part of a team, able to be flexible where necessary
- Experience working as a teaching assistant previously would be highly valued for this role
- Experience working with children in a school or youth club setting would be highly valued for this role
- Experience working as a care worker would be hugely beneficial for this role
