Then you’re in the right place…

Parker Smith Inclusion are actively recruiting dedicated, passionate and unique individuals to work as SEN Teaching Assistants with the opportunity to progress into SEN Teacher Training programmes. What does the ideal candidate look like?

  • Resilient and determined – managing and remaining calm under pressure and working with challenging behaviour is a key component of the role
  • Fun-loving and empathetic – neurodivergence is fun! Finding ways to support and have fun with children with SEN and taking a understanding approach is paramount.
