SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: Immediate Start
Location: East London
Pay £80-£85 PAYE
We are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who is looking for a new challenge. Working alongside a Mainstream Primary School that provides excellent opportunities for children with autism, the key for this school would be to ensure a happy, healthy and safe environment for these children to learn, they have a special curriculum ensuring they meet the needs of all their children. They are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside them.
The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant
- The SEN Teaching Assistant must be committed to helping every student progress and achieve.
- The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant must have experience in working with children with Autism/ SEN
- The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant must be resilient and able to work well in challenging situations.
- The ideally SEN Teaching Assistant would have some experience with speech and language working with PECs and Makaton
- The SEN Teaching Assistant must have the ability to enthuse, inspire others, and have a can-do attitude.

- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students

- The SEN Teaching Assistant must be able to work alongside a likeminded team who are equally as dedicated to the learning and personal development of young people
