We are currently seeking a  SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic mainstream secondary school based in Barking. The require an excellent Teaching Assistant  to work in their SEN department and encourage pupils to achieve the best that they can. The school have a great SENDCO and a fantastic team in their inclusion provision who will be able to offer you great support! This is a brilliant opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant looking to utilise their skills and make a difference to the lives of young people. The school building is brand new and offers fantastic facilities that will help you to support the students!

The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be empathetic, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. As a successful Teaching Assistant you should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and always be looking for learning opportunities.
