We are working with a number of fantastic schools to find a teacher to work with either Primary or Secondary age students. Within this position, you will be working with smaller class sizes who have a unique approach to classroom management with built-for-purpose facilities.
Within these schools, the students all have SEN needs and/or a diagnosis of SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) and are dealing with Trauma. This is a rewarding career as you will build bonds with the students and help them overcome both personal and academic development barriers.
Key Aspects of the role:
- ECT teachers, experienced unqualified SEN teachers and QTS/QTLS are welcome.
- Full support to those looking to move from a Mainstream environment to a SEND School.
- Training provided to all staff by various external professionals.
- Salary in line with the Teachers' Pay Scale.
