We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a SEND Teacher to join an absolutely fantastic SEND school based in the Hounslow Borough, catering for children with SEMH and ASC.
The school caters for children with various needs, including MLD, ADHD, ASC and SEMH.
As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a class with between 8-12 students, with the majority of pupils on a 121 basis. Therefore, there is a lot of support staff in the class, enabling every child to access specialist support and behaviour management.
We are looking for a strong-willed, resilient and passionate SEND teacher. The ideal candidate would have experience teaching children with SEND. However, we are open to applications from mainstream teachers who are passionate about SEND and willing to undertake any extra training and CPD. So, if you can work under pressure, manage challenging behaviour and creatively engage students, we encourage you to apply.
The school prides themselves on providing a great learning environment. The school is recently refurbished and has a beautiful therapy dog, fantastic facilities, modern breakout rooms and a brilliant and inspiring SLT. You will be able to grow and progress in your career, and the school encourages personal and professional development.
For the role of a SEND Teacher, the school offers a supportive working environment and opportunities to collaborate with other schools in the area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of quality teaching, excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to lead a classroom effectively.
If you are excited about working in a friendly and dynamic school with a reputation for excellence in SEND education, please submit your application below, and I will contact you.
Parker Smith Inclusion is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
