We are working with a fantastic mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Southwark that are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs such as autism. Within this rewarding role, you will work with a team of Teaching assistants within their SEND Provision. The role itself will be working within both the main classrooms and also the provision. The school has amazing facilities with flowing open-plan classrooms, an outdoor classroom with a garden and chickens, and rooms dedicated to music with various instrument options for the students to learn. The school also offer extensive training in PECS and Makaton as well as teacher training, which makes this an amazing opportunity for those considering a career in teaching.
