Salary: £85 - £100 per day (Teaching Assistant, PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Support class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons for all abilities as a Teaching Assistant.
- Assist individual students or small groups with tailored support for specific learning needs, being a Teaching Assistant.
- Foster social and emotional development, contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom as a Teaching Assistant.
- Aid in classroom management, ensuring a positive learning environment for Teaching Assistants and students alike.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement personalized learning plans for Teaching Assistants and students with special needs.
- Provide feedback on Teaching Assistants' progress and achievements as valued members of the team.
