This is a setting grounded in therapeutic practice, low-arousal approaches, and consistent routines an environment where relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

This is a school culture defined by warmth, humour and consistency where staff care for each other as much as they care for the children, and where inclusive, child-centred practice guides every decision.
If you are seeking a role that blends teaching, leadership and genuine impact, this is an opportunity to shape a provision where children with ASC can truly thrive.
