But it's also a sales career.</p>
<p>You'll build relationships with schools, understand the challenges they're facing and help them find people who can make a genuine difference to children and young people with SEND.</p>
<p>You'll get to know candidates properly: what they're good at, what motivates them and where they're going to thrive.</p>
<p>You'll negotiate. You'll influence. You'll problem-solve. You'll sell. You'll hear no&hellip;A lot. You'll learn to pick yourself up and try again.</p>
<p>And when you get it right, you'll see the results of your work very clearly, both in the impact you've made and in your own earnings and progression.</p>
<p>If all this sounds exciting rather than terrifying, keep reading.<br /><br /><strong>Hear from our latest trainees about their experience of the Trainee Academy below<br /><br /></strong><br /><br /></p>
<div style="display: flex; overflow-x: auto; -webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch; gap: 20px; padding: 10px;"><a href="https://www.psinclusion.co.uk/static/download_files/Traineesvid2-enjoy.mp4" title="What do you enjoy most about the role?" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="flex: 0 0 auto;"> <img style="width: 234px; height: 417px; display: block;" src="/static/imglib/Internal/Enjoymostfinal.png" alt="" /> </a> <a href="https://www.psinclusion.co.uk/static/download_files/Traineesvid4-expectations.mp4" title="What is different about the role to what you expected?" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="flex: 0 0 auto;"> <img style="width: 234px; height: 417px; display: block;" src="/static/imglib/Internal/Expectationsfinal.png" alt="Video on how role was different to what they expected" title="Trainee Academy video Parker Smith Inclusion - Expectations" /> </a> <img src="/static/imglib/Internal/Whattraineescanexpect2.png" height="417" width="229" alt="What Trainees can expect" title="What Trainees can expect" /><br /><a href="https://www.psinclusion.co.uk/static/download_files/Traineesvid1-tips.mp4" title="What advice would you give to someone considering joining the Trainee Academy" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="flex: 0 0 auto;"> <img style="width: 232px; height: 417px; display: block;" src="/static/imglib/Internal/advicetojoiningfinal.png" alt="Video link What advice would you give to anyone considering joining the Trainee Academy?" title="What advice would you give to anyone considering joining the Trainee Academy?" /> </a></div>
<h3 style="display: flex; align-items: center; flex-wrap: nowrap; gap: 15px;"><span style="color: #f27378;"><strong>Welcome to PS iLearn founder-led Trainee Academy</strong></span></h3>
<p>PS iLearn isn't a few weeks of classroom training before you're handed a phone and a target.</p>
<p>It's a <strong>12-month development academy</strong> designed to take someone with no recruitment experience and develop them into an independent specialist recruitment consultant.</p>
<p>PS iLearn combines structured training with learning on the job from day one. Transparency and capped margins were built into our model years before the government's current agency framework pushed the wider education recruitment market further in that direction.</p>
<p>But being ethical doesn't mean compromising on ambition. We're an ambitious, growing business, and our consultants build successful careers and earn extremely well while doing recruitment in a way they can be proud of.</p>
<p>We're only five years into our journey, which also means there is significant scope for the people joining us now to grow with the business.<br /><br /><a href="https://www.psinclusion.co.uk/static/download_files/Traineesvid5-WhyPSI.mp4" title="Why did you choose Parker Smith Inclusion?" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img src="/static/imglib/Internal/WhyPSI.png" height="418" width="232" alt="" /></a></p>
<h3><span style="color: #f27378;"><strong><br />Who are we looking for?</strong></span></h3>
<p>Your background matters much less to us than what you do with an opportunity.</p>
<p>You might be graduating from university. You might have worked in hospitality or retail. Perhaps you've been travelling, worked in education, played competitive sport, worked in sales or simply reached the point where you want a career with more potential.</p>
<p>You <strong>do not need a degree</strong>.</p>
<p>We're interested in whether you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Enjoy talking to people and are genuinely curious about them</li>
<li>Can influence without bulldozing</li>
<li>Bounce back when something doesn't go your way</li>
<li>Pursue an outcome without needing someone constantly pushing you</li>
<li>Respond well to feedback and change what you do with it</li>
<li>Are comfortable being measured on your results</li>
<li>Have ambition for your career and earnings</li>
<li>Enjoy working in an energetic team environment</li>
<li>Can take responsibility when you get something wrong</li>
<li>Want your work to have a genuine purpose</li>
</ul>
<p>You don't need to arrive with all the answers. You do need to want to learn.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #f27378;"><strong><br />What will you learn?</strong></span></h3>
<p>Over your first year, we'll teach you how to:</p>
<h3><span style="color: #f27378;"><strong>&nbsp; <img style="width: 100%; height: auto; max-width: 1200px; display: block; margin: 0 auto;" src="/static/imglib/Internal/TrainingAcademy2Small.png" alt="Training Academy" /> </strong></span></h3>
<p>And you'll learn how to do all of that <strong>the Parker Smith Inclusion way</strong>.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #f27378;"><strong>What can you expect from us?</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proper training.</li>
<li>Experienced people sitting alongside you.</li>
<li>Regular coaching and feedback.</li>
<li>Clear expectations. You'll always know what good looks like and where you currently stand.</li>
<li>A structured 12-month development journey.</li>
<li>Uncapped commission and the ability to directly influence your earnings.</li>
<li>Real progression opportunities in a business that is still relatively early in its growth.</li>
<li>And an environment where we'll genuinely invest in helping you become good at what you do.</li>
</ul>
<p>January 2027 intake | Permanent | &pound;26,000&nbsp;+ uncapped commission</p>
<h3><span style="color: #f27378;"><strong>One final thing...</strong></span></h3>
<p>Recruitment isn't for everyone.</p>
<p>There will be targets. There will be rejection. There will be uncomfortable phone calls and days when you've worked incredibly hard and something still falls apart at the last minute.</p>
<p>We're not going to pretend otherwise.</p>
<p>But if you like people, competition, problem-solving, learning, measurable achievement and the idea that your career progression can be directly influenced by what you put into it, <strong>you might be exactly who PS iLearn was created for.</strong></p>
<p><strong>No recruitment experience required.
