Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism? Parker Smith Inclusion is delighted to be working with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school to recruit a SEN Class Teacher for their highly specialised Autism Resource Provision (ARP).
In this role, you’ll be teaching and supporting children with autism as their primary need within a nurturing and inclusive setting. You’ll work alongside a skilled and compassionate team of teachers, therapists, and support staff who share a genuine commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for every child.

We’re looking for:

A qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in autism and SEND

Someone with a nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach

A reflective practitioner who embraces teamwork and continuous development

A teacher committed to enabling every child to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
