We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our dynamic and nurturing team, supporting secondary-aged pupils who face barriers to learning due to behavioural challenges, trauma, or mental health needs. The school provides a therapeutic, trauma-informed setting where students are supported holistically to succeed both in and out of the classroom, and the staff work with their pupils, offering wraparound support.
