About the Role
SEND Teaching Assistants Wanted – Specialist Autism School | South West London (Sutton)
Are you passionate about supporting young people with Autism and associated needs? Are you looking to make a real difference in a specialist school setting?
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join a high-performing secondary specialist day school in South West London, providing high-quality education for boys and girls aged 11–19 with a primary diagnosis of Autism and a range of additional needs, including:

ADHD
-
Speech and language difficulties
-
Sensory processing challenges
-
Social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties

About the Role:

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Term time only
-
£90–£95 per day (via PAYE)

Based in South West London

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates who are:

Graduates in Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Speech and Language, or Occupational Therapy

Experienced in working with young people with Autism, ADHD, social and emotional needs, or dysregulation

Passionate, resilient, and patient, with a nurturing and empathetic approach
-
Ideally experienced in a school setting, although similar backgrounds will be considered
