The Role:

Supporting all age groups but specifically students in KS2, KS3, KS4 learners working at a KS2 level, following the National Curriculum in a way that meets their emotional and learning needs.
Join a school that operates with a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach, where every staff member is trained to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
Supporting students on a 121 or small group basis, working to not only support their academic progress but as young people!
Working with young people with Autism, SEMH, trauma, young people who are considered at-risk (exclusion from school, gang affiliation and more) and complex needs.

What We’re Looking For

You must have a proven background as a Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor previously (school-based experience)
Professionals with a deep understanding of SEMH, Autism, and ADHD, and the adaptability to meet complex needs.
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEND
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Resilience and adaptability in challenging situations
